By using KaNeXT you agree to these terms. We keep them short and fair.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you put in it. Keep your sign-in secure. One person, one account.
Your content
You own your content. You give KaNeXT the permission needed to store it, sync it, and show it to the people you choose to share a brand with. You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for using the app lawfully.
Acceptable use
Don’t use KaNeXT to break the law, to harm others, to infringe someone’s rights, or to abuse the payment or messaging features (spam, fraud, laundering). We can suspend accounts that do.
Payments
Money movement runs through Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s terms. You’re responsible for the taxes, fees, and legality of what you collect and pay. KaNeXT is a tool for running your money, not your bank, accountant, or lawyer.
The assistant
Dipson helps you draft and decide, but it can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. You’re responsible for what you send and do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep KaNeXT running but can’t promise it’s always available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Deletion
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
KaNeXT is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited as permitted by law.
