Privacy Policy

Who we are

KaNeXT is an operating system for organizations and creators — for running a business, a school, a sports club, a community or nonprofit, or your personal brand. You (the “owner”) create brands and fill them with your own data.

What we collect

Account: the email address (or the sign-in you use) and a handle you pick. A display name if you add one.

Content you create: everything you put into your brands — members, students, players, products, posts, events, messages, financial records, and media (images/video) you upload.

Payments: when money moves, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and holds the card/bank details. We do not store full card numbers; we keep a record of the transaction (amount, time, who, and the resulting balance).

Device and usage: basic technical data needed to run the app (app version, error diagnostics). We do not sell this.

How we use it

To provide the app: store your data, sync it across your devices, and show it back to you and the people you invite to your brand.

To move money you ask us to move, through Stripe.

To power the Dipson assistant: when you use Dipson, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. It is used to answer you, not to train models on your data.

To send email you initiate (announcements, newsletters, receipts) through our email provider (Resend).

To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with the service providers that make the app work — Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the assistant), Resend (email), and our cloud host (Supabase) — and only as needed to provide the feature you used. People you invite into a brand can see that brand’s data, according to the role you give them.

Your control

See and edit your data anytime inside the app.

Delete your account: Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, the brands you own, and all of their data. It cannot be undone.

Children

KaNeXT supports organizations that serve minors (schools, youth clubs). Where a minor has an account, a linked guardian can be given controls, and money-out features are gated. KaNeXT is not directed to children for their own independent sign-up.

Data location and retention

Your data is stored with our cloud host. We keep it while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data as described above; some records may persist briefly in backups and with payment providers as required by law.

We’ll update this policy as the app grows and post the new effective date here.
