The public market projects a transfer by dampening a player's output with a per-position league coefficient. That single number conflates three things: the level, the style and role, and the player's own adaptation. KaNeXT refuses to collapse them. Level is already carried in the rating, so a move up a tier reads as three separate, explainable terms.
The rating is not secretly docked. His KR is what it is, the role re-reads through the new scheme, a small bounded adaptation tax applies, and the real cost of moving up shows up honestly as a wider confidence band. Every part of the move is legible, which the market's single coefficient never is. Level belongs in the rating and the band, not in a multiplier that hides three questions inside one.

Peak age is never assigned by position label. A physical-dependence prior from the archetype, refined against the player's actual pace and reading traits, drives the peak age, the plateau, and the decline slope. A burst-reliant winger and a reading-led holder age nothing alike, and the model shows exactly why. Two composite players.
Same age today, completely different futures, not one number set by hand. The winger's high dependence gives him a peak near 25 and a cliff; the playmaker's low dependence, a peak near 28 and a soft landing. The projection can never exceed each player's own ceiling, so the curve is bounded by his best-case, not invented past it. A peak is earned by the traits, and the model reads it rather than guessing from the position.

The intrinsic projection is the league-average path. But a transfer lands somewhere specific, and the club drives the outcome as much as the player. The projection is conditioned on the destination: the development environment shifts him toward the high or low edge of his cone, and the pathway to minutes sets whether he gets there at all. The potential (the same everywhere) is separated from the odds of reaching it (driven by who develops him and whether there is a door to minutes).
